What to Expect

Nutritional coaching begins with an initial 75-90 minute consultation to establish a thorough understanding of your current diet, health concerns, and goals.

Prior to your first session, you'll complete a detailed intake form and a 3-day food diary. The food diary should represent your typical eating patterns – we need to see what you're actually eating, not what you think you should be eating. This honest assessment is crucial for identifying areas that need attention.

During your consultation, we'll review your food diary together, discussing portion sizes, timing of meals, food quality, preparation methods, and how you feel after eating. We'll explore your relationship with food, including any emotional eating patterns, cravings, or restrictions.

We'll discuss your health concerns in detail. Are you experiencing digestive issues? Energy crashes? Difficulty losing weight? Sleep problems? Mood instability? Hormonal symptoms? Many of these concerns have nutritional components that can be addressed through targeted dietary changes.

Based on this comprehensive assessment, we'll create a personalized nutrition plan that addresses your specific needs. This plan includes:
